I have many passions. I love my family, I love flying, I love a great game of chess and I love a good poker hand.
I also have a passion for working out. My fitness journey has brought me to a place where I am comfortable in my own skin. ( Finally! ) I still have some work to do though.
I created Gorilla Muscle because I am inspired by the power and confidence of being fit. To know that I can rise to the challenges of a difficult training session, or a longer run than I anticipated, or a steep hill to climb.
